During my professional career, I have gained extensive practical experience leading large international manufacturing and service organizations such as Otis, Lafarge, Dyckerhoff, and CWS, serving as their Managing Director or CEO. In those roles, I was both the architect of the strategic direction, each time based on the highest customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and creating the best environment and development opportunities for employees, as well as an effective manager of teams that implemented these principles and achieved excellent financial results and recognition from their business partners.

I firmly believe that creating and implementing a business vision and strategy should be based on the company's social mission and the promotion of a culture built on employee engagement and motivation around a common goal.
