This privacy policy outlines the principles for collecting, processing, and protecting personal data collected by ProfBoost (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in connection with the use of the website and the provision of advisory services.

ProfBoost may collect the following personal data from its clients and website users:

  • Home or Business Address
  • Other data necessary for providing advisory services in line with the company's business profile

Providing personal data is a condition for entering into a contract and delivering advisory services, as well as receiving responses to inquiries. In other cases, providing personal data is voluntary. Refusal to provide personal data will prevent the conclusion of a contract or receiving a response to an inquiry.

 

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Legal Basis for Processing

 

Personal data is collected for the purposes of:

  • Enabling the provision of advisory services and fulfilling contracts, as well as providing customer support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Contacting clients, including responding to inquiries from the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Company (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
  • Realizing the legitimate interests of the Company, such as securing and pursuing potential claims related to service provision (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR)

In cases where clients consent to receiving marketing communications to their email address or phone number, the legal basis will also be Art. 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and Art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law.

 

4. Personal Data Retention Period

 

For the purposes of contract execution, service provision, and customer support, personal data will be stored for the duration of the contracts, and thereafter until the expiration of limitation periods as per the Civil Code and tax-accounting regulations.

For fulfilling legal obligations, personal data will be stored for the period and to the extent required by law – particularly until the expiration of limitation periods.

For personal data processed based on consent, data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or until further processing is no longer necessary for the purpose for which consent was given.

For personal data processed to realize the legitimate interests of the Company, data will be stored until these interests are realized or an objection to such processing is raised.

 

5. Client Rights

 

Clients have the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing, object to

processing, transfer data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. To exercise these rights or obtain additional information, clients can contact the Company using the contact details provided below.

For personal data processed based on consent, clients have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

ProfBoost takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
